Being skinny doesn't mean you're fit or healthy same as being plus sized doesn't mean you're unhealthy. Wellness is more than what we see in the mirror. Commit to loving your uniqueness and focusing on wellness from a holistic standpoint.

Fitness is an act of self-care. My hope is to show you how to incorporate low impact and Pilates-based workouts that focus on functional movement to create a healthier, stronger version of yourself.

What can I say about Sheneka Winston? She is a ball of energy. She is a Little Engine That Could. She is the person who makes you feel like you can do anything. Sheneka is that person that is so genuine and positive and caring that you just believe everything she tells you about yourself. Sheneka really knows her stuff when it comes to the health and fitness arena. She is very creative with her workout routines and makes working out extremely exciting. Whether you are working out at home or at the gym, you can incorporate her routines into your daily schedule. Her workout classes are super fun and will make you SWEAT A LOT without overexertion. I have been a dancer since I was 5 and performing at various events regularly. When I joined YMCA 2 yrs ago, I looked for dance classes that fit my style. I found Sheneka's dance fitness and since then I never skipped her class. I love her choreo, her playlists and music. She has great energy, and her class is always fun, I don't feel like exercising. I like to follow her posts about healthy cooking/eating and being fit in a regular basis. I love being challenged and like to try new things. Sheneka is a fun dance fitness instructor, and she even joined my International Dance Troupe and we performed together. I really have a good time when dancing with Sheneka! - Myrna H.

FitnessWildflower has been a complete joy in my life. Sheneka shares workout techniques that I can actually do without me feeling inadequate because I’m not a size 2 with chiseled abs.
